Output.format

Function

Given an opening separator for tags, a separator between tags, and a closing separator for tags, create an output format that writes files tagged in that format. All text must be nonempty.

Default Behavior

Output formats created with this function default to the following:

Files will be tagged in the order File Name -> Tags -> File Extension.
Leading tag separators will not be written.
Trailing tag separators will not be written.
Tagged values are forbidden.

To override any of this behavior, use Output.With.
